The most prominent change is the color scheme; much more sinister-looking. That's the whole idea; she IS a stealth fighter.
4 Type 118 thrusters give unparelled speed and manuverability. She is also heavily armed, capable of devestating any small craft that crosses her path. All this is because of her mission: A a long-range interceptor. She is meant to sneak up on enemy bomber formations and blast as many as possible before escorts can react. Once they do, she basically just runs... at warp 8. Faster than almost any other fighter.
